We got a surf lesson from Liam last Thursday for my teen cousins who had no experience in the ocean or any water sports. One of them is deaf w/ cochlear implants he can’t use in the ocean. Liam took his time demonstrating everything from how the ocean moves to how to surf. He spent additional time coaching my deaf cousin & by the end of the lesson, my cousin was standing while surfing.
Signed up for a morning group lesson with Liam, who was a great instructor. He explained basic safety and technique and cheered us on as we caught our first waves. All three of us beginners are now hooked and will definitely be returning to this shop next time we are in the area
